Upon pick-up, all equipment must be clean of all food product, re-packed in same containers as received and ready for pick-up. We charge for all missing, chipped or broken items.

Table linens and skirting must be dry and free of food, party decorations, etc. Failure to comply could result in excess cleaning charges. When there is extreme spoilage, your deposit will be held until the linen or skirting has been laundered. If there are no spoilage problems your deposit will be refunded promptly. If any stains cannot be removed or there are burns or other obvious damage to linens or skirting you will be charged our replacement costs. This will be handled as a purchase and the damaged items will be yours. In order to prevent mildew damage, please allow linens to dry completely before attempting to bag them for return. DO NOT seal or close the bags in which they are placed. You are responsible for full replacement costs on all linens, napkins, skirting and skirting clips MISSING from your order. Candle wax is very difficult to remove from linen. There will be an additional charge if wax is found.
