Terms & Conditions

Delivery is to the ground floor or garden within a reasonable distance of the loading area.  Delivery does not include set-up or breakdown.  Through prior arrangement, this service is available for an additional charge.

Linens must be returned dry to prevent mildew and irreparable damage.  Linens must also be shaken and free of food.  Please do not launder linens.  Charges will be assessed to repair damages due to negligence, loss, misuse or equipment returned dirty.

6% damage waiver will be assessed on ALL rentals.

Equipment must be protected and sheltered from the elements.  Responsibility for rentals remains with you while items are in your possession.  After use, equipment is to be carefully prepared, free of debris, clean, dry, containerized, stacked and ready for pickup in the same areas as delivered.
